Unworn & unwashed items purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be exchanged until January 5th. All purchases made outside of these boundaries must comply with our standard policy of 7 days. Original tags must be attached and we must have a gift receipt to process an exchange. We only offer store credit. We will not accept any item that is used or worn. Items not eligible for return are perfumes, lotions, soaps, body products, personal care items, clearance, holiday decor, holiday apparel, furniture, lighting, plants, botanicals, linens, and any other item that has a final sale sticker. Unworn and unwashed item(s) may be returned up to 7 days after delivery or pickup date. Original tags must be attached. You can return your item to our Clovis location or mail it back to us, and we will give you store credit to use on your next purchase. We do not offer refunds. Your credit will not include shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. If you do not pick up your order within 30 days, it will not be available for exchange or store credit. It will be final sale.
